Our cousins are coming!! Jessica, Daylon, Aunty Ashlee and even Uncle Jamie are coming down on December 15. They're staying 2 weeks and for Christmas! They get here in 6 days. We're going to have so much fun. Last time we did nothing but sit on the beach but this time we're going to go see ruins and go to Tulum and stuff.
We were trying to convince Jessica not to cut and dye her hair. It was long and blonde but she said she was bored with it and she didn't listen to us. She cut it short and got brown highlights. She also got her ears pierced finally. We've been bugging her forever to get them done and she said when she was 12 she would do it. Her birthday was on Monday and now she's 12 and still taller than Jamin!
Our friends Toni and Dani got home from Canada last week. We've been hanging out at the restaurant talking to the waiters and making cake. Dani taught me how to do a cartwheel. I've never been able to do one and now I can almost do 2 in a row. She can do 15.
I'm going to go to Kiwanis! It's a music festival and I'm going to be playing 'Esquisse' for one of my solos and 'Tango' and 'Evening Prayer' for my duets with Rebecca. I've already been playing 'Tango' but I'm going to be Harp 2 not Harp 1. 'Evening Prayer' is from Hansel and Gretel. Ashlee is bringing down the music for it when she comes.
We're going to have our family meeting and switch jobs. I'm going to be on dishes this week. Eegh.

I haven't written forever! We've been having so much fun I haven't been on the computer at all. Last monday we set up our christmas tree. It is the most sparkly thing ever. It's blue with diamonds, fake snow, sparkly snowflakes, sparkly blue pionsettas, sparkly stick things and a big blue sparkly star. It looks really cool when it's lit up.
Our grandparents (abuelos) were here this week. We had so much fun. Locklin took grandpa everywhere in Paamul, lizard hunting, coconut hunting and whatever else he could think of. Grandma taught us a new card game. It's called 65. It's kind of like phase 10 which is my favourite game.
We went to Yan Ten one day. I've been there before but never went in the water. The sand feels like wet flour like that beach in Cancun. We found so many conch shells. I want to find out how they make them shine pink. Right now they're bleached white. Me and Keltie went snorkling and found some at the reef but they've got green fuzzies on them.
The last day they were here we went to the mall and Walmart and got Locklins hair cut. He had a huge freak that the lady was cutting it shorter than he wanted and wouldn't let her finish. He wore a hoodie for the rest of the day.
They left yesterday :( I wish they could've stayed longer. They can't come back until after grandpa retires at the end of febuary and not even then. I really liked having them here.
I'm going to post some pics.

hey,

Last night we got turtles! They are so cool. They're just little now but in a year they'll be 10 centimeters
around and in three they'll be big. One of them has little dots all over and her name (were pretty sure they're both girls) is Peca. It means freckles in spanish and the other one is Tuga, like in tortuga which means turtle. It's also off Pirates of the Caribbean.
It is so cold. I sleep outside in the loft of our palapa and I freeze at night. Today I wore long jeans. If you look on the weather website it says that it only gets to 31 celsius in the day. I think that's 80 something in farenhiet.
Keltie (my sister) took her math midterm and got 91% on it! YAY!
My grandpa and Grandma are coming down in 8 days! W e are going to have so much fun. I hope the weather is nice and not cloudy like it is now. My cousins are coming down sometime after christmas too.

This is my first post!
I live in Mexico down by Cancun in a place called PaaMul. We live in a palapa on the beach. We just recently got back from Canada and we've been here almost two weeks. Today was my first day that I swam in the ocean since I've been here. It's so gorgeous it looks like a picture on a magazine. I'm going to put some pictures up after I'm done writing this.
Yesterday was halloween. This is the first year I haven't gone trick or treating. I finally decided I was a little too old, especially when the only kids that are here right now are all under 10! I did dress up though.
Since we got here I've gotten soo many mosquito bites, I've been banned from going outside after 5:00. I can't stop scratching I'm going insane!
What really sucks is that we ran out of propane. That means no hot water for us. We get to have cold showers. The water isn't exactly cold but it is not warm. If the propane truck doesn't come tomorrow then we don't get it until Monday.
It's almost Friday!!Yay!
